Dear All,

Today… The Further Maths Exam bombed. Let us never speak of it again.

XL-shop has two new figurines on its website that I really want!!! First is this:

She’s RM220, which makes me glad that I didn’t splurge on that RM410 42cm bunny-girl doll of Suzumiya Haruhi. I like the carrots on this one. Plus my dad already has a couple of Suzumiya Haruhis, so.. .:P

And I think this one is sweet <3

She is SOOOOO Cute. I’m saving up and buying her over the counter: she’s RM120 and sooo adorable. I wanted the 1/8th PVC scale version of her, but I can’t find it.. maybe it’s not out yet?..

And THIS girl… the coup de grace…

She is just hot. Her price tag makes you drop it, too (RM240) but of all the figurines my dad and I have collected combined, this may be the first girl to beat Aegis on my hotness-meter.

I want her so bad, I may just give up some of the other stuff I’ve been saving up for.

And I just realized that given a student’s minimum wage in London, if I work part time for a week I can pay for all three of these in one go. Of course, my parents are sending me there to study, not to work.. but I’m sure a month or two in the first semester won’t hurt. =)

After our further maths exam, my class went to RedBox Karaoke at Pyramid to celebrate Leong Kar Wye’s birthday… well,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAR WYE!

Hehe. We sang and sang and sang. I didn’t understand many of the chinese songs, but it was fun watching everyone else have fun =D And I made a couple of people laugh when i tried (miserably failing in the process) to sing along at some parts. So sue me if the only chinese song i can sing just right is Tong Hua Just my luck, then, that that song came on right when I had to leave.

Before that, wen chi, wan jinn, pui ee and meng shuen and I got to RedBox first to set things up. Due to some… ah.. technical difficulties, Kar Wye didn’t come until the candles on the cake were about yay-high (fingers showing half an inch). He said he made a wish; I hope so, because it looked more like he was worried the candle (or what remained of it) would sink into the cake, like kafloop ( I think I get this from my mom… this being the need to mimic sounds and romanize them in writing).

The first ten songs or so were chinese, so i mainly listened and tried to make sense out of the music video. If you guys see this, then Thomas, you have a great voice and I love listening to you sing. I don’t know why, but I feel so relaxed listening to you =) Si Wei and Kar Wye, you guys ROCK Il Divo!! XD Jun Hau and Seng Seng, i never knew you could reach 2 octaves below the rest of the guys! That’s a good thing la, well done Max, you look insane when you sing, you know that? I mean it in a good way Kurt Win, WOOT! Your voice is a-frickin-mazing. Gosh, why does our class have such great singers in it? XD Darling, stop telling people to change the song la. Jay Tsen, You SOCK it to jay ChoU! I have weird taste in music, so I don’t know if this is a compliment or not, but i mean it in a good way.. I prefer the way you sing his songs, compared to him Now the girls: Xin Yi, You’re SOOOOOO CUTE. XD Wan Jinn and Pui Ee and Meng Shuen, you got the kind of voice I sometimes wish I had… soft and sweet, instead of some farmgirl’s voice. But I guess that comes with two little siblings who never listen Wen Chi… I don’t think I managed to hear you sing (I think you were singing Tong Hua right when I left). These are all the things I noticed, but the rest of you were great, too. I think we do the best (private) rendition of Numb and With You EVER. XD

There were some pics, but they’re so blur I’ll have to ask wan jinn for her photos when I see her next.

I had to leave the earliest (around 8ish) because I had to take my dad to dinner, and then to the airport… he’s going to china for a week. His meeting was dragging on a bit though, so what was initially planned to be a trip for some fancy korean bbq wound up to become a RM76.80 dinner at friggin’ Coffeebeans. =.= A word of advice; don’t take lasagna from coffee bean. SO not worth it. Even Dome does it better, and that says a bit.

After that, dad still wasn’t finished, but it was a nice, windy, cool night, so we went outside and stood by the road (the coffeebean was opposite dad’s office building) and got bored. Mom’s initial plan was to act cool, but that didn’t quite work. Soon, my brother and sister and I were harmonizing some of our favourite tunes, including but not limited to: The a cappella version of the main theme from Crash Bandicoot; Pretty Women from Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street; A Little Piece of Heaven, by Avenged Sevenfold; and Shadow of the Day by Linkin Park. All we woulda needed was a hat, and I’d be just a little closer to scoring some of those pieces up there *points upward in the blog entry*.

A friendly salesman came up and sold us some MonasChoice chocolate cupcakes. They look absolutely delish, but we haven’t tried them yet. Maybe I’ll have them for breakfast tomorrow. We plan to eat one first, though, and then wait ten hours just to see if it’s safe. ….

Mom and I just bought tickets to see the Beauty and the Beast musical showing at Plenary Hall KLCC in June. Anyone going too? We’re going on the 26th, Thursday.

Tomorrow… I’m going for music class in the morning, and then to pyramid for some window-shopping + movie-ing with munn. oh crap i just remembered I’m supposed to book the movie. Hmmmmmm…

Daily…

Dear All,

Today…. well, now that I’m all up and over my self-pitying state, I’m going to do what I’ve promised I’d do for a long, long, long time.

So, it’s time for a PHOTOBLOG!!!! Yeahhhhhhhhh ^o^~<3333333.

Okayy a little hyper now. but honestly I’ve been trying this new way of getting myself to sleep that doesn’t involve thinking about anything depressing and (hey hey, big surprise) I haven’t slept better in ages! X-)

okay. lessee… where to start.

hm. well let’s have a little review while I upload. As fickle as I am, I’ve recently developed this thing for drawing anime. Chibi-drawings, to be more precise. It kind of started when I found one of my old sketch-cum-scribble books and I decided that I ought to keep my drawings nicely for a change, instead of having them be scattered about all my college notes and revision papers.

So for the love of —! GO HERE AND CRITIQUE MY DRAWING, PEOPLE!!!! or I’ll assume you’re playing by the rule that if you got nothing nice to say, you’ll shut up ): which will make me very, very sad.

right! My piccies have uploaded *faints* ...

This, is me with my new red specs. Eh see?? Seeeeeee argharghargh I love em. I have a white pair too *shriek*. Plus my old black pair *doubleshriek*. I swear if I could find a way to wear all three out at once without looking too stupid, I really would.

 

okay la, a bit a bit cacat. For those of you who don’t know, this is one of the main characters in the anime Bleach.. I’m not sure who exactly he is, though, cos I don’t watch Bleach myself. I was out of inspiration for drawing, and I asked my sister and she instantly told me to draw her fav anime character =.= So i had to go online and do some research on his character and outfit. And, well, blah. taddaaaaa…. for all it’s worth XD

 

And now….

Meet Clalaclan, of the PS2 game Shining Wind… which unfortunately is not out in english yet T_T boohooo….

She is the first figurine I have ever bought that I simply could not take out of the box.

…. I was awed by her beauty.

 

And this…

… is Mitsuru Kirijo. She’s a character from the video game Persona 3. She is hot. Unfortunately, I only realized this after I removed her from the box.

 

 

 

 

HOT. For you ecchi people out there, her skirt can be removed. yeah. erm. But no. I wouldn’t.

 

This is the last photo. The accessories/add-ons she came with are on the ground behind her. The backdrop came with the figurine, it’s a picture of the entrance to Tartarus, the main dungeon in the game. The light-reflection is because I felt so guilty for opening the box that she is now sitting in an airtight glass case. : )

Yeap. I’m a loony bin alright.

 

I also have Aegis.

Now, if the Mitsuru figure is a 7 on the hotness scale, Aegis hits a 10. But that’s just my opinion. I’m still trying to decide if I should take Aegis out of the box and put her in a glass case. Or something. So no piccies until I’ve decided.

I am SO ordering the The Other Self figurine when it comes in. PLEASE be in time for Xmas. >.<

I wonder if the Yukari Takeba figure comes in her Sunday outfit. That makes her simply aDORableeeee <3.

Okay, hyperventilating now.

ohhhh and I’ve finally finally finally learned how to play the effing guitar!! Thank youuuuu Mr Leonard     m(._.)m      I bow to your guitarness-ness. Still having trouble with the F key chords and B minor and stuff… but at least I can find notes now, and experimenting is fun… I’ve found chords that I don’t even know the names for yet~! ^o^

ooooh fun fun fun.

I’m also hooked on a couple of mini-games (free time games…) like Flo on the Go, Trickster Online and DragonFable. The latter two are online games. I would actually pay to play dragon fable, its a one time fee and its so STUPID it’s amusing to just run through the free version. Imagine all the bonuses you’d get from paying! But it’s not all that cheap either, so I really oughta think about it first.

 

Tomorrow… is CRAM CRAM CRAM CRAM CRAM CRAM CRAM timee!!!! I’m not sure how many crams I can fit into tomorrow (hmmmm something’s wrong with that sentence) but I’ve got an exam on Wednesday…. and (shh, it’s our little secret XD) I left my chemistry revision book in the locker for the last 2 and a half weeks, and I never realized until now because I’ve been using my teacher’s notes all along… !!!!! .. lol, you may not know what the difference is, but trust me… if I hadn’t gotten the book back, I would be in some deepshit shit. Not that my teacher’s notes suck…. in fact they’re quite detailed. They’re just….. not very organized… *squirms* ladadididaaaa.

awrighty! So i’m off to bed lalaland.. and I might not post anything tomorrow.. but I may have a little date on Wednesday after my test, so we’ll see… ; )
